Responsible for global brand strategy, before moving into a role focused on launching the brand to a UK consumer base. Budget management 12M.
I was headhunted to join the newly formed brand team and grow the brand across key source destinations, EU, UK and US. Based in Berlin I oversaw the global brand strategy, leading on strategic decisions to build the brand with campaigns such as The Backyard campaign and The World at Home during Covid19. A difficult year for travel but I lead the brand team to facilitate online experiences, quicker than our competitors which lead to a measurable amount of earned media and press coverage - Keeping the brand relevant. In 2022, when travel began to bounce back, I took on the role to build the brand in the UK with a projection to increase awareness by 5 ppts in the first year, this goal was achieved within 8 months.
