My consultancy was born amidst the challenges of 2020, during the midst of a global pandemic and the early stages of my pregnancy. Initially, I had not planned on stepping into the role of a consultant. Having recently immigrated, I took on a demanding professional position and was juggling numerous new responsibilities. However, companies began recognizing the value of my unique skill set as a brand consultant, leading me on an unexpected journey. In the wake of 2020, many brands expressed a desire for inclusivity, yet struggled to embody it authentically. Some faced internal challenges related to processes, culture, and policies, while others had a solid internal culture that resonated with their brand values but had yet to effectively convey this to their audience. Leveraging a combination of research, analytical thinking, creative ideation, and a profound understanding of the dynamic marketing landscape, I assist brands in navigating the path towards genuine inclusivity
